"God of War" Returns To Its Roots... In HD

Tuesday, November 17, the God of War Collection game was released to the PlayStation 3, which entitles the first two installments to the series of arguably, the greatest game of all time. Both games are remastered in HD, and smashed together on one disc, and fairly light on the pocketbook with a decent price of $40 dollars (plus tax). Also containing trophies for those who want to challenge themselves. The fluidity of the game is ramped due to the stronger and faster engine the PS3 has to offer, making Kratos' flaming blade swings and the oozing blood and ligaments coming from his enemies all the more glorious. Even the orbs look colorfully superb. And to top off the cake, the game also contains a demo for the greatly anticipated 3rd and final installment to the God of War series, set to release in early April 2010. ODR definitely recommends this game to all PS3 owners, whether you want to relive the good ol' days of the brutal hack n slash blade chucking and considerably annoying in game puzzles, or if you just want to see what all the hype is about, both will be greatly satisfied.
